2. Content of the services

The following services can be booked through the vedonom.hu website:

• Tailored for you — answering your questions by phone or e-mail (HUF 5,000);
• By Your Side — in-person consultation at the client's home (HUF 25,000);
• Online consultation — via video call (HUF 10,000) — depending on availability.

The consultation is not medical treatment and does not replace medical care. If you have any health concerns, please contact your paediatrician or a specialist.

3. Booking, conclusion of the contract

The booking is made by filling in and submitting the online form. The contract is concluded when the confirmation e-mail arrives. The consultation can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before it starts, using the cancellation link.

4. Payment

The fee can be settled according to the chosen payment method: cash or bank card at the consultation, or by bank transfer or Revolut. In case of transfer we send the invoice by e-mail.

5. Cancellation, lateness

The appointment can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours before it starts. After that, or in case of no-show, 50% of the consultation fee is invoiced.

6. Data protection

The data you provide are processed as described in the Privacy notice.

7. Complaint handling

Complaints are accepted at hello@vedonom.hu; we reply within 30 days.

8. Governing law

In matters not regulated here, the applicable Hungarian legislation — primarily the Civil Code — shall govern.
