2. What data do we process and why?

a) Booking (performance of contract – Art. 6 (1) b GDPR)

To book an appointment we need your name, e-mail address, phone number, your baby's date of birth and — in case of a home consultation — the visit address. We process these exclusively for organising and carrying out the consultation.

b) Intake form / anamnesis (consent – Art. 9 (2) a GDPR)

The intake questionnaire contains health data (birth, breastfeeding, medication etc.). We process it only with your explicit consent, to prepare for the breastfeeding counselling. The e-mail only sends a notification — never the full content.

c) Contacting us

Messages sent through the contact form are processed to the extent necessary for replying.

3. Data retention

• Basic booking data: for 1 year after the consultation;
• Intake form (anamnesis): for at most 5 years, or until consent is withdrawn;
• Contact messages: until the matter is closed.

4. Data processors

The site is supported by a hosting provider and an e-mail delivery service (Resend). Health data is never sent to them.

5. Your rights

• Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability;
• Consent can be withdrawn at any time without justification: hello@vedonom.hu;
• Complaint: NAIH (naih.hu).

6. Cookies

The site only uses session cookies necessary for its operation; no third-party trackers are currently used.
