2. What data do we process and why?

a) Booking (performance of contract – Art. 6 (1) b GDPR)

To book an appointment we need your name, e-mail address, phone number, your baby's date of birth and — in case of a home consultation — the visit address. We process these exclusively for organising and carrying out the consultation.

b) Intake form / anamnesis (consent – Art. 9 (2) a GDPR)

The intake questionnaire contains health data (birth, breastfeeding, medication etc.). We process it only with your explicit consent, to prepare for the breastfeeding counselling. The e-mail only sends a notification — never the full content.

c) Contacting us

Messages sent through the contact form are processed to the extent necessary for replying.

d) The guide sent for an email address

If you request the breastfeeding guide, your first name and email address are stored on the basis of your consent so that I can send you the material and occasionally write about breastfeeding. You may withdraw consent at any time: every email carries an unsubscribe link that deletes your address immediately. The list is never passed to third parties.

e) Reviews

The name and text submitted in a review are stored for the purpose of publication. A review only becomes public after approval, and I will delete it on request at any time.

f) Online card payment (Barion)

If you choose online card payment, Barion Payment Zrt. (1117 Budapest, Infopark sétány 1. I. ép. 5. em. 5.) acts as a data processor and handles your name, email address and payment details in order to carry out the transaction. Card details are handled solely by Barion; I never see or store them. The legal basis is performance of a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Details: Barion privacy notice.

g) Barion Pixel

This site uses the Barion Pixel for two distinct purposes.

1. Fraud prevention (core function). It forwards certain details of your visit (device and browser data, the steps of the booking process) to Barion Payment Zrt. in order to prevent card fraud. The legal basis is the legitimate interest of the Provider and of Barion (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)), so it operates without consent.

2. Statistics and marketing. With your consent given in the cookie banner (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), the Pixel also forwards events from the purchase journey (service viewed, booking started, payment method, booking completed and its value). This helps to understand where visitors drop off. Without consent — and by default — this transfer does NOT take place, and consent can be withdrawn at any time by clearing the cookie setting. 3. Data retention

• Basic booking data: for 1 year after the consultation;
• Intake form (anamnesis): for at most 5 years, or until consent is withdrawn;
• Contact messages: until the matter is closed.
• Data of those requesting the guide: until consent is withdrawn (unsubscribed);
• Reviews: until publication is withdrawn or deletion is requested.
• Online payment data: for the statutory accounting retention period, and for the period stated in Barion's own notice.

4. Data processors

The site is supported by a hosting provider and an e-mail delivery service (Resend). Health data is never sent to them.

5. Your rights

6. Cookies

The site only uses session cookies necessary for its operation; no third-party trackers are currently used.
